avocados have great nutrients… really healthy fats and vitamins. i’ve actually gone for a day just eating avocados… they fill you up. but i have no idea how much weight you’d actually lose. they are great for you though! xoxo
it doesn’t sound stupid! i know how you feel. i’d love my body if it were about 30 pounds lighter. you’re vegetarian, so that helps a lot—but eliminate breads from your diet; i’d suggest doing 12 hour fasts and then eating a small portion of high fiber carbs and fruits/veggies, then repeat. good luck xoxo
